The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) is seeking to appoint a panel of solicitor agents to provide enforcement legal services, primarily in support of its regulatory work in England and Wales, for a fixed period of two years commencing on 1 November 2021, with the option for HSE to extend by agreement for a further year.

Additional information: Although no amount of work can be guaranteed the value of the contract is approximately 3.1 million over the two year contract rising to approximately 4.5 million if the extension period is taken up.
