Description

DfT Central is looking to appoint a supplier to support in providing specliaised software and appropriate equipment, following the provision of workplace assessments where appropriate and relevant training on the software items provided in scope of this requirement. The appointed supplier will be responsible for the provision of accompanying equipment and support to our approximate 3,500 staff. This will include management of the ordering process and delivery of the relevant software to the Department's staff. The Department requires the appointed supplier to deliver a full range of software, equipment, appropriate guidance and training, in both home and office locations situated throughout the United Kingdom, as well as providing any recommended support outlined within the workstation assessment report. DfT staff are primarily based in London and South East England, with a numbers of staff in locations such as Birmingham, Hastings, Leeds, Newcastle and Swansea. Due to the urgency of this requirement, the tender submission deadline is 22/09/2021 (18:00 noon).
