Legal Justification

To provide continuity of service during and after the current coronavirus outbreak. The scope of the contract will remain as awarded and will include compliance with the delivery of all responsibilities and service activities in the areas described in the original contract. The Association consider these to be genuine reasons for extreme urgency and that the COVID pandemic and the subsequent disruption to the Association was unforeseeable.
