The Council is conducting the procurement exercise under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) Design Procedure in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR 2015) and the Public Procurement (Amendments, Repeals and Revocations) Regulations 2016.The Council wishes to establish Contracts for the provision of local Neighbourhood Network Schemes (NNS), which supports the Council’s priority of moving from a crisis response to prevention. Adult Social Care’s Vision (2020) is to enable citizens to live independently within their own homes and communities.
