3.1. The focus of this commission is to profile and assess the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities within the commercial creative sector across South Yorkshire and offer recommendations for future areas of priority and action. A mix of quantitative and qualitative data will serve as an evidence base and rationale for the 4 Local Authorities and the MCA to assess and develop the case for investment in creative industries to realise our shared strategic outcomes to stimulate inclusive growth, good quality creative jobs and an improvement in health, well-being and productivity.
