Description
Collection and analysis of live firing data The UK MOD is conducting market research on systems that collect and analyse data on the marksmanship performance of an individual in all aspects of live firing from Live Fire Marksmanship Training (LFMT), Transition to Live Fire Tactical Training (TLFTT) and Live Fire Tactical Training (LFTT). The data capture requirements through all live fire training are: · Application of the marksmanship principles. · Effect on target (hit, miss, near miss). Other criteria: · Minimal additional equipment given to the firer. · No negative impact on training delivery. · System able to exploit data from in-service targetry. · Provide near real time, easily accessible specific feedback to the user. · Provide access to history of gathered data / feedback to user, trainers and commanders.
