Innovation Independent Advisory Support - Lot 1: The Supplier will be required to support HS2 Ltd's Innovation Team in de-risking of innovation ideas & provide unbiased independent consultancy in managing the innovation landscape from a corporate client level through the supply chain by delivering legacy benefits & outcomes. The scope includes, but not limited to, provision of support in the following areas: - Convene subject matter experts & commercial owners to conduct Innovation roll out planning, working across the organisation to drive the scale implementation of new ideas; - Development of detailed reports with studies on innovation opportunities & a summary value assessment; - Dissemination of findings of reports within HS2 Ltd & the wider Infrastructure Industry Innovation Partnership (i3P) community; - Helping to establish the Expert Working Group within HS2 Ltd; and - Helping the Expert Working Group to develop a strategy for implementation of the chosen opportunities for HS2 Phases 1, 2a and 2b. Innovation Service Delivery - Lot 2: The Supplier will be required to support HS2 Ltd's Innovation Team on-going monitoring, testing, & leadership to minimize risks and optimize outcomes through the right people, processes, & tools to deliver consistent value & growth. The Supplier will support through agile and iterative delivery, combining cycles of exploration activities, product development expertise to continually collect, refine, validate, & develop new ideas. Areas of support include but are not limited to: 1. Innovation sprints - Gather key stakeholders in a 1-week intensive workshops to align around a complex problem, define a strategy, generate new ideas, rapid prototype solutions, & validate with end-users; and 2. Innovation training - Deliver training to help develop behaviours, capabilities, tools, & best practices to help unlock a culture for innovation. To assist HS2 Ltd in determining the most appropriate route to market for its requirements, in this instance HS2 Ltd is seeking expressions of interest from potential suppliers.
