Description
Existing toilet rooms are to be stripped out and completely refurbished with new washroom furniture. Redundant mechanical and electrical fittings and appliances are also to be stripped out and renewed. Access into the toilet rooms from the adjacent corridor is to be improved by demolishing part of the corridor wall to remove the lobbies and repositioning the doorways into each toilet room.
