Description

The Trust’s requirement is to replace existing widows to block 3 with the work being split over five consecutive years and beginning in November 2021.

Total Quantity or Scope

• During the first year, 4no. sample windows to be installed to elevation B and finished plus a further 20no. windows and infill panels to be installed to elevation B following agreement by the Trust on samples windows installed previously. • During the second year, 30no. windows to be replaced to elevation A, Block 3 • During the third year, 30no. windows to be replaced to elevation A, Block 2. • During the fourth year 30no. windows to be replaced to elevation A, Block 1. • During year five 24no. windows to be replaced to elevation C.
