Description

This procurement exercise was conducted by Hackney Council in order to appoint one provider to deliver both Right to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations for their housing stock.

Total Quantity or Scope

Hackney Council sought and appointed a suitably qualified supplier to provide both Right to Buy and Shared Ownership valuations for their housing stock, as and when the Council may require it over the lifetime of the 3-year contract. The Council manages approximately 22,000 tenanted properties. The Council currently receives on average between 250 and 300 Right to Buy (RTB) applications per year.
