We are seeking support focused specifically in the area of patient safety and harm reduction from experts at an internationally recognised level who can demonstrate impact and success in similar systems and have enabled transformation in patient safety. The supplier will demonstrate working in multiple health settings, systems and countries. Total Quantity or Scope

Outputs: the commissioned support is anticipated to include (but is not limited to): Coaching for executives in patient safety leadership Supporting the spread and scale of improvement across an organisation and nationally Up skilling multidisciplinary frontline staff with a suite of improvement tools, using a health systems science approach Evidence-based change packages which address patient safety issues across the continuum of care Targeted support from expert ‘Faculty’ where required Virtual workshops and seminars at an organisational level Collaborative approach to facilitate peer learning nationally Mentoring Improvement Cymru to take forward its strategic approach and deliver the support sustainably
