Description
Secure Bankers' Automated Clearing Services (BACS) Payment Software as a Service to make payments directly from one bank account to another as a cost effective means to pay salaries and companies, and collect income from debtors and tax payers.
Total Quantity or Scope
Some system users are based within the organisations Derby Homes Ltd, any associated Trusts set up by the Council during the Contract Term, and some Schools within the Authority area; however, the management of the system rests with and licenses are paid for by Derby City Council. Service provider already in use at Council for several years. The Council has published this VEAT notice and intends to award a contract following a 10 day standstill period for this notice. Additional information: A change of product at the current time would have a major impact on work activity, and create costs of change higher than annual costs (identified through past competition). It is proposed to directly award a contract without prior publication of a call for competition.
