Description

YPO are looking for a single Provider to be appointed onto a Contract for the provision of a Software as a Service (SaaS/closed source) Product Information Management System (PIM) to manage YPO's current and future products and services framework base. The PIM is critical to both YPO catalogue production and to the website presentation of products and services, and therefore an essential part of delivering customer satisfaction, along with the buying and selling of YPO's products and services. PIM is used to manage the product data information that is both on the website and in the catalogue.

The standstill period will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, and provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
