Description

The successful provider will identify where our children and young people are located across the entire of East of Riding Yorkshire, focussing on high risk rural areas, without access to Council records and identify what service provisions are currently available to these individuals and determine our key strengths within these communities. Finally the provider will Identify gaps in the service that are disadvantaging these individuals and preventing them from achieving their full potential.
