We are facing a global climate crisis and the UK has committed to reduce net carbon emissions to zero by 2050. Monitoring and evaluating progress are a crucial component of climate adaptation. Information about the impacts and successes of adaptation actions helps us to identify success, manage risk and unintended consequences and make the case to continue and scale up initiatives that work.
