Ofcom has a requirement for gathering data that can provide a robust view of 1) the quality of experience UK consumers receive when connecting to the internet on mobile devices in different locations across the UK; 2) the capability of mobile networks in relation to those consumer needs in different locations; and 3) the density and spread of user devices across the UK.

Total Quantity or Scope

1) the quality of experience UK consumers receive when connecting to the internet on mobile devices in different locations across the UK; 2) the capability of mobile networks in relation to those consumer needs in different locations; and 3) the density and spread of user devices across the UK.

Renewal Options

At Ofcom’s absolute discretion, the contract may be extended for up to three further periods of up to twelve months each.
