Legal Justification
Hywel Dda University Local Health Board wish to urgently commence work for fire improvements at Bronglais General Hospital following a fire improvement notice received from Mid & West Wales Fire and Rescue Service. The Health Board has appointed AFT Group Wales Ltd to undertake this work, the contractor has recently been awarded a contract for a similar contract at the Glangwili Hospital site following a competitive tender exercise and can complete the work by the required timescale.
