Description
The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is seeking to appoint suitably experienced consultants to undertake a Strategic Housing and Employment Land Study (SHELS) to directly inform preparation of the Liverpool City Region Spatial Development Strategy (SDS). The main purpose of the SHELS will be to present key information and evidence concerning the baseline supply of land for housing and employment and its potential capacity on a city region scale. This will help in the formulation of the SDS's overall strategy for meeting future development needs.
