Customer Feedback Advisor Rate of Pay: £10.83 Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Based at Roway Lane, Oldbury Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency - 12 weeks Brief description: We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Feedback Advisor to join our Customer Complaints and Feedback team, and will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department. They will have excellent administration skills with a strong customer focus and can thrive in a busy working environment. Experience will include: • Minimum of 12 months experience of working within a Customer Service environment dealing with complaints handling and undertaking reception duties. • A professional telephone manner • Well organised with a positive and flexible approach to working • High level of IT literacy • Excellent communication and listening skills Applicants must possess 3 GCSE's at minimum Grade C, including English Language or equivalent.
