Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council (SMBC) is seeking a supplier to install and maintain a footfall monitoring system for Solihull Town Centre. The project is receiving up to £192,000 funding from the England European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of Welcome Back Fund.
