Description
The final date and time for the submission of bids is 11:00am on Monday, 22nd November 2021. Brief Description of Requirement The aim of this work is to understand - the types and size of direct costs and other new expenditure that businesses might incur in implementing the changes the Department is considering. - the types of adjustments businesses might make to their operations or consumer offers in response to the changes. - how these costs and adjustments vary between different types of businesses, distinguished by size and sector. The results of this analysis will be used to: - Inform the final regulatory impact assessment to support Parliament in deciding whether to move forward with the proposed regulations and the impacts they would have on businesses and consumers. - Act as evidence for monitoring the results of the regulatory changes, to compare actual adjustments businesses had to make in response to the regulatory changes to what business expectations had been beforehand. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ.
