Grounds and Garden Maintenance Service for Florence Nightingale Community Hospital (Derby), Drivability Centre (Derby), Samuel Johnson Community Hospital (Litchfield) and Sir Robert Peel Community Hospital (Tamworth)

Total Quantity or Scope

To provide a Grounds Maintenance Service to deliver the following: Management and maintenance of all aspects of the Grounds; and Gardens Maintenance of external equipment. The Grounds & Gardens Maintenance Service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 365(6) days per year. The Grounds & Gardens Maintenance Service applies to all external areas of the Site.
