Description
The Service Provider is to deliver an established Customer Experience Measurement Strategy. Specifically: 1. Undertake research fieldwork surveys of people within a defined area associated with the proposed EWR Co. corridor. 2. Analyse survey insight to inform outcome measures, including an overall customer satisfaction measure, detailed findings and trends. 3. Present regular updates and insight to the business on outcome measures. Signpost areas where findings and / or trends identify potential risk / opportunity and suggest areas of improvement.
