Description

1.1 A Buildings Property Valuation and Insurance Re-instatement Valuation for approximately one hundred (100) of the University’s building, the majority of which are in Edinburgh with a small number located at our Scottish Borders campus in Galashiels. This should be undertaken with reference to the current RICS guidance “Valuation – Global Standards”, commonly referred to as the “RICS Red Book Global” and related “Reinstatement Cost Assessment of Buildings” guidance

Total Quantity or Scope

This Tender will cover the following four elements of services: 1. Property Valuation and Insurance Reinstatement Valuation 2. Building Condition Surveys - to Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) standards 3. DDA Equality Accessibility Surveys of Buildings 4. Energy Performance Certification of Buildings (EPC’s) Additional information: The buyer is using PCS-Tender to carry out this procurement process.
