Framework for the delivery of Project Services across the Cadent Gas network

Total Quantity or Scope

Cadent Group Limited and its subsidiaries (hereafter referred to as the Employer) manage a wide range of projects across many industry types, many classed as high hazard, that require the mitigation and control of significant safety, health, environment, sustainability and quality risks and impacts. The Employer in the delivery of their projects requires the Project Services Consultant (hereafter referred to as the Consultant) and all other stakeholders to add value to the project outcome in terms of time, cost, quality and safety and sustain high standards of professional performance. The Employer also requires the Consultant to proactively provide improvements to Project performance by adding value, innovation and excellence within their service delivery at all times; including the ability to evaluate, adopt and implement benefits through technological advances and best practices. The Employer further recognises that its stakeholders, the supply chain, project delivery teams and the workforce can all make a significant and valuable contribution to improved Project performance; it is a requirement on the Consultant to embed a culture, within a project, that everyone can contribute to Project delivery through their behaviours, acts and ability to communicate. The Employer, at its absolute discretion, may require an "end to end" service to provide fully managed support for individual or groupings of projects, and / or ad hoc services comprising individual discipline elements of support or individual resources.
