The Consultant shall ensure that the Employer's interest is noted on each insurance policy, or that a generic interest clause has been included The limit of the Consultant's liability pursuant to clause 8.3 is that the limit of liability be no less than the amount of professional indemnity insurance which the Consultant is required to maintain (£1 million).(The LGA wishes to commission a supplier to develop a minimum of 30 guides to help key personnel within local government to build capabilities within cyber security. This must include an overview of cyber risks pertinent to key roles and officers' and members' responsibilities in understanding a) good cyber principles; b) how to manage cyber security risks; c) how they can help to reduce the impact of a cyber incident on business operations.) The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
