Description
DBW is seeking to appoint an organisation to provide loan administration services.
Total Quantity or Scope
DBW wishes to procure a Loan Administration System (‘LAS’) to manage its SME loan portfolio. The look and feel of the system must be modern and intuitive, and must support growth in terms of having the capability to accommodate numerous statutory entities, funds and products, as well as growth in the volume of transactions. The system will be cloud based, and should offer a consistent, high performing user experience across a geographically dispersed workforce. DBW is embarking on a digital transformation project, and the LAS must support this project, providing capability in terms of document and information exchange and integration with other systems. The chosen supplier must have a proven track record in the financial services sector, and be able to demonstrate reliability and flexibility.
