** PREVIEW NOTICE, please check Find a Tender for full details. ** Reason for change: As a result of reforms to the public health system, set out in the Policy Paper 'Transforming the public health system: reforming the public health system for the challenges of our time' published on 29 March 2021, Public Health England, an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care (PHE), closed at the end of September 2021. As of 1 October 2021, responsibility for the management of the DPS CM/EMP/21/21025 has transferred from PHE to the new UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) which is also an executive agency of the Department of Health and Social Care. This Corrigendum notifies the market of the change of Authority responsible for the DPS CM/EMP/21/21025 from the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care acting as part of the Crown through Public Health England to the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care acting as part of the Crown through the UK Health Security Agency. For the avoidance of doubt, the change referred to in this Corrigendum became effective on 1 October 2021.
