Description

The human factors-informed training curriculum capacity to HMPPS, specifically focussing on serious incident investigation and responses, plus the final editing work to achieve the single human factors reference text which will support a one-HMPPS common language and approach to the training capacity acquired.

Total Quantity or Scope

HMPPS Executive Directors have decided that their reform programs will include human factors-informed improvements to incident investigation and, thereby, optimised incident responses. Reform program leaders have determined that this will require the external commissioning of expert curriculum design, writing and training delivery on incident investigation and incident response.
