YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a new solution for the Supply, Installation, Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-siting of Stairlifts, Steplifts, Vertical Through Floor Lifts and Ceiling Track Hoists, to the public sector but predominantly Local Authorities and Housing Associations The solution will cover the period from the 23 May 2022 to 22 May 2026. Please note that these dates are not definite and may change at YPOs sole discretion. It is anticipated that this solution will have multiple suppliers covering different types of stairlifts and associated services and will be defined once the pre-market engagement has taken place. Indicative Lot Structure: - Lot 1 - Stairlifts (Straight & Curved) Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance, removal, storage, refurbishment and re-siting of equipment under original manufacturers warranty Lot 2 - Stairlifts (Straight and Curved) - Service & Maintenance Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-Siting of existing equipment which is no longer under manufactures warranty Lot 3 - Steplifts Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance, removal, storage, refurbishment and re-siting of equipment under original manufacturers warranty Lot 4 Steplifts - Service & Maintenance Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-Siting of existing equipment which is no longer under manufactures warranty Lot 5 - Vertical through Floor Lifts Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance, removal, storage, refurbishment and re-siting of equipment under original manufacturers warranty Lot 6 - Vertical through Floor Lifts Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-Siting of existing equipment which is no longer under manufactures warranty Lot 7 - Ceiling Track Hoists Supply and installation of new equipment including servicing, maintenance, removal, storage, refurbishment and re-siting of equipment under original manufacturers warranty Lot 8 - Ceiling Track Hoists - Service & Maintenance Servicing, Maintenance, Removal, Storage, Refurbishment and Re-Siting of existing equipment which is no longer under manufactures warranty Lot 9 - Discount Off List Price The reason for this PIN is to engage with suppliers to ensure the route to market meets our customers exact needs and requirements and is also attractive to the supply base. YPO reserves the right to not commit to advertising this tender if we do so wish.
