Description

The Young People's Futures contract has now been awarded. The campaign will target young people aged 14-19 (and their influencers), with communications about the education, training, and employment support options that are available to them, so they can get the best start to their working lives, employers can fill their skills gaps and the nation can Build Back Better from the pandemic. The key requirements of the successfully appointed lead agency will be to: - develop a brand and campaign strategy - design an insight- and audience-led strategic and creative approach, based on collaborative working and co-creation with DfE partners and young people - plan, design and produce campaign materials for the first phase of the campaign - it's (soft) launch from January to March 2022 - ensure the campaign has longevity and can be used/developed further, beyond the initial contract period, ensuring seamless delivery after March 2022 - balance national communications alongside any regionally targeted communications as required - develop a testing and evaluation strategy (in partnership with DfE and partner research agencies)
