West Lancashire Borough Council is seeking to procure an experienced partner to help deliver some of the key elements of the three-year programme. At this stage we have a limited pot of funding and we are looking to appoint a suitably qualified person to help plan and develop briefs and set up a process for suitable community engagement to help deliver our key HAZ projects.
