Description

The Foster Care Rolling Select List is reviewed annually, this is the fourth annual review point. New entrants have the opportunity to join the Rolling Select List at these review points and the provider tiers will also be re evaluated.

Total Quantity or Scope

Please note that the advertised contract value is the potential total value of all placements made via the Foster Care Rolling Select List for the period of the contract and the extension period. For contractors on the Foster Care Rolling Select List there is no guarantee of placements. This opportunity is available in the `Current Tenders` area of the portal. Interested parties are invited to express their interest to gain full access to the tender documentation. The contract period is 1st July 2018 to 31st March 2023 with the option to extend for up to 12 months until 31st March 2024. The deadline date for submissions of the tender for the 2022 1st April review point is noon on Wednesday 19th January 2022. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted.

Minimum standards for participation are detailed within the Business Questionnaire. Electronic ordering will be used and electronic invoicing will be accepted and electronic payment will be used. If the Contracting Authority identifies that the scope of this procurement falls within a business sector which may be attractive to infiltration by organised crime groups, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to include enhanced probity checks / requirements at the award stages of the procurement.Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures: Suffolk County Council incorporates a minimum 10 calendar day standstill period from the point at which information on the award of contract is communicated to the tenderers.
