Description
The tender is to establish a framework of providers that will be able to carry out Service, Maintenance and Installation works within a specific lot under the framework. 11 | Mini Competitions Lots The contractors awarded onto the installation Lots (Lot 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9) for this arrangement will automatically be placed into Lot 11 – Mini Competition. Lot 11 will be utilised when the Authority has a requirement for the purchase of a bespoke piece of lifting equipment. In the event that the Authority requires to use this Lot a specification will be issued as a mini competition tender process to all of the suppliers on Lot 11. The supplier who submits the lowest cost bid to specification will then be awarded the package of work. Please note, bidders cannot apply for this lot, but will be accepted in line with the methodology stated above. |

Therefore, companies are invited to follow the directions below to register on the system: 1. Log in to the Proactis Portal E-tendering system at https://www.proactisplaza.com 2.
