Description

Homes England is currently seeking to appoint a competent Supplier for the provision of landscape maintenance services for 13 sites in the North East of England. This contract is envisaged to have initial term of 2 years with provision for a further 1 year (3 years maximum total duration) extension under the same Terms and Conditions of this contract. Any contract extensions will be based on tendered Rates and Prices.

Prior to Tendering, Suppliers should ensure that they have the availability and capacity to commence and deliver the Service within a timely manner.
