The Consultant will support the National Adoption Strategy by offering support to RAAs to help increase the diversification of RAA Panels as well as offering support to new panel members about their role. There will be an increase overall in the numbers of panel members from Black and Mixed heritage backgrounds being represented on adoption panels in England.
