The supply and delivery of leisure and residential furniture including living, eating, sleeping and specialist furniture for delivery direct to individual customer establishments. Lot 1 - Leisure and Residential Furniture - National Framework Lot 2 - Leisure and Residential Furniture - Smartbuy Lot 3 - Leisure and Residential Furniture - Living, Eating and Sleeping Lot 4 - Beds and Mattresses The framework agreement has the option to extend for up to a further 24 months. The total estimated value stated includes the option period. An eAuction process may be used to award subsequent call off contracts following the reopening of competition among the parties to the Framework Agreement.

Any Second Framework agreement will be a purely commercial agreement and will, for the avoidance of doubt, not be governed by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 or other public procurement legislation.
