Thirteen wishes to procure under open tender a Design and Build Contractor. It is envisaged that the successful tenderer will be awarded the contract for the scheme at Westdale Road, Thornaby which incorporates the design and construction of 37 Nr. dwellings consisting of 2 bed 3 person bungalows, 2 bed 3 person houses, 3 bed 5 person houses, 4 bed 6 person houses, 4 bed, 7 person houses together with associated external works and drainage

Thirteen Housing Group Ltd are currently out to tender for the provision of Works, Services or Suppliers that would like to take part in this tender process are invited to Express Interest upon which they will be given access to the full tender documentation delivery through this e-tendering system.
