Description

South Holland District Council (SHDC) are delivering a project to modernise and upgrade the suite of committee meeting rooms at the Council's Priory Road Office in Spalding. The committee rooms are comprised of three meeting spaces, which all vary in size and requirement - they are the Council Chamber, Meeting Room 1 (MR1) and Meeting Room 2 (MR2). The intention is to have full attendee flexibility and interaction for all three meeting spaces, regardless of physical location of participants, thus improving our partnership working as well as the transparency of decision-making and enabling ease of access for members of the public to observe meetings and discussions.
