Description

Reading Borough Council are completing an Open ITT exercise for the provision of a Multiple Disadvantage Outreach Team (MDOT) relevant to the Rough Sleeping Drug and Alcohol Treatment Grant Scheme as provided by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) and Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC). This contract is to provide an assertive response, improved support and recovery outcomes to those experiencing rough sleeping who have drug and alcohol dependence and mental/physical health support needs.

Total Quantity or Scope

Tenders are invited for the supply of a Multiple Disadvantage Outreach Team to provide an assertive response, improved support and recovery outcomes to those experiencing rough sleeping who have drug and alcohol dependence and mental/physical health support needs. The estimated value of the Contract is: £1.8m. This contract is solely funded through central-government Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) funding. Any bid that exceeds this limit may be deemed as non-compliant and rejected without any further evaluation. The contract duration is: 2 years and 2months, subject to satisfactory performance. The term of the contract may be extended prior to March each year; each period is subject to satisfactory performance, continued funding being available and mutual agreement between the parties.
