Description

For a provider or consortium of providers to deliver short programmes of interventions for standard/medium risk offenders assessed as suitable for a Domestic Abuse Out of Court Disposal. Providers will make programmes available to groups both male offenders and, separately, female offenders. Programmes must be evidence based and providers will be expected to make explicit in their submissions the evidence base that underpins their programme.
