**This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice only** to advise of the intend to award a contract for the provision of 20 Field Guns (Non Firing) with Annual Service and Maintenance Support Package Over 3 Years to Mike Rowland and Son. Mike Rowland and Son are deemed the only supplier able to fulfil this requirement as this purchase is in addition to existing goods supplied by Mike Rowland and Son and it is essential that there is standardisation between the new and existing goods in order to ensure continuity and safety in the training of Combined Cadet Forces recruits by mitigating the risk of injury when operating different styles/types of equipment.
