Lot 1: The contract will principally involve employing and effectively deploying Specialist Intervention Workers to provide in-depth personal and employment focused support to caseloads of young people (aged 15-29 years) with significant barriers and support needs. The aim will be to progress these young people into positive outcomes including further education, training and sustainable employment. These participants will be referred by other YPP partners and providers or self-referred and their mental health support will be 'wrapped around' their ongoing EET (employment education and training) support pathway. The successful providers will be selected through the assessment of a series of contract specific questions.
