Legal Justification
Software currently in use is that of Salesforce UK Ltd who is the owner of the Intellectual Property Rights for this Customer Relationship Management software. This procurement represents an extension for licenses and associate maintenance and support for the Medical and Dental School, to cover the period 31 January 2022 to 31 July 2026. This software can be classified as being both embedded and integrated within the existing IT operations of the University and is covered by Public Contract Regulations 2015 clause 32.
