Progress Housing Group (PHG) are seeking an experienced Contractor to complete a refurbishment and adaption to 23 Holt Drive, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS16 7QE. This property is currently unoccupied. As existing the property is not suitable to meet tenant's needs. PHG intend to source a compliant Contractor to take on the adaptation and refurbishment works to this existing domestic property.
