Description
The Association of North East Councils trading as NEPO intend to establish a concession contract for the provision of a fully delivered and managed electric vehicle charging infrastructure network. The awarded Supplier will be responsible for the funding of the capital investment needed to modernise the existing infrastructure, the ongoing operation and maintenance of the network and to work with Contracting Authorities to expand the reach of the network. NEPO intends to award the contract for up to 15 years and to allow other regional Contracting Authorities to participate over the course of its operation.
Total Quantity or Scope
NEPO are using an open procedure for the procurement of this concession contract in line with PCR 2015 principles and procedures. The opportunity can be accessed via the NEPO eTendering system. Suppliers wishing to be considered for this contract must register their expression of interest and submit a tender through the NEPO eTendering system. If not already registered, suppliers should register on the NEPO eTendering system at https://procontract.due-north.com/Register Tender responses must be submitted using the link above. Tender responses submitted via postal or email methods will not be accepted.
