A single supplier framework for the provision of a system and any necessary hardware for North Yorkshire County Council and other named Contracting Authorities that enables the automatic collection and analysis of carriageway condition data. The main purpose of the system will be to replace the existing manual method of undertaking course visual inspection surveys, although it is recognised that there may be other valid uses for the system.
