National Citizen Service Trust (NCS) is the country's fastest-growing youth movement, a rite of passage for all teenagers aged 15-17 to discover who they are and what they can do. Nearly 500,000 young people have already taken part. Find out more at www.ncsyes.co.uk NCS Trust currently has the following opportunity for the provision of Recruitment Platform (People Team). The NSC Trust has identified a requirement to procure a recruitment platform. It is considered that a recruitment platform will deliver some very tangible benefits to NCS Trust that will improve the overall quality and efficiency of the recruitment process, candidate and recruiter experience and that will also deliver greater diversity and engagement across a broader talent pool. NCS Trust thereby is seeking to procure a recruitment platform until March 2023 and potentially beyond, subject to contract. Platform to go live in March 2022. NCS employed on average circa 200 employees on a combination of full-time, part-time and fixed term contracts to date in 2020-21.
