Description

The CA and course provider are to collaboratively establish 8 course dates over a 3-year contract with course dates being agreed annually. Outputs/deliverables/milestones 6 Day (5 day plus exam day) course developed to meet the criteria for a Quality Auditor/Lead Auditor Course recognised by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA) with the following Learning Objectives: • The purpose, benefits and typical structure of a Quality Management System (QMS) • Plan-Do-Check Act (PDCA) methodology, and the process approach to Quality Management • The principles of Quality Management and how they relate to the QMS and ISO 9001 • The purpose, scope and uses of the ISO 9000 series standards • The roles, responsibilities and competence requirements of auditors and lead auditors with reference to ISO 19011 • The work of Accreditation and Certification Bodies and the work of the IRCA The course needs to satisfy the requirements to register as a QMS Auditor (any grade) under the IRCA Scheme and to be eligible for membership of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) at Practitioner Grade (PCQI) Certificates printed and sent by post to RC A&I
