Description

Further to the publication of a Prior Information Notice (‘PIN’) on the Government ‘Find a Tender Service’, the London Borough of Redbridge is seeking to procure a Contractor partner under a design and build contract. The project involves the construction of two new residential buildings, known as Building A (17-23 Clement Road and Building B (22-26 Clements Road) and the associated external works. The buildings are situated on two sites opposite each other on Clements Road and will provide a total of 94 dwellings.

London Borough of Redbridge is using the Prior Information Notice (PIN) to alert bidders to this opportunity and for potential bidders to respond to a questionnaire on the procurement process on ProContract, reference DN599361.
